Circle D Construction is a private company and have been in business for over 20 years in Northland. We have a great team of experienced tradespeople and builders bay of islands.
From the 70sqm beach Bach, to award winning Architectural projects, big and small, we have built them all.
With the passion and attitude to be the best and to create new and long lasting buildings and relationships .
Circle D are members of Certified Builders, and are licensed building practitioners.
We are able to offer 10 year home warranties.
We have had a business/building relationship with David Crabb of Circle D Construction continuously over the last twenty years. David has provided a continuous service and long term relationship with us and the general community consistently over this time.
David has built for us, two very high end dwellings.
The first was the Cavalli Beach House Retreat was was technically difficult and a very unique build. This building continues to impress, especially with the quality of the build.
Our second build was ‘The Lighthouse’ at 90 Riverview Road in Kerikeri. Again technically difficult. We were impressed when due to an unforeseen engineering issues arose, Dave saw through what was required to resolve this, liaised with the engineer and delivered the correct fix in a timely and cost effective manner.
David was always on hand to attend to any remedial issues.
All in all, we recommend with confidence David Crabbs integrity and ability to provide a full building delivery and his results really speak for themselves.

Dave Crabb built our Kerikeri home in 1998. With little more that a few drawings and a handshake, we left Dave to permit and build our home.
Within a few months, we returned to see the home ready for finishes.
Throughout this time, Dave suggested improvements, sent pictures, and professionally managed the construction with skill, humor, and dedication. Now in 2015, we still love our home and admire Dave’s work, his honesty, and his friendship.

We arrived from Germany in November 2011 and were a little bit concerned about building a new house just after immigration, not knowing too much about local business manners. However, Dave Crabb immediately gave us the feeling of honesty, expertise, dedication and integrity which made us feel comfortable very quickly.
He was always reachable and had good ideas when unforeseen issues arose. His cooperation with the architect, engineers, suppliers and council was absolutely excellent. The Circle D team altogether was outstanding, all team members had great building skills and were always reliable.
Circle D finished in time without delay. We still love our house and the excellent building quality and would definitely build again with Circle D.
